Wifreddy Chiang is an operating CFO with over 20 years of experience leading finance and operations for media and entertainment companies. He has held senior roles at Hello Sunshine and its parent company, Candle Studios, and AGC Studios, where he supported the financing, production, and growth of film and television slates. Wifreddy specializes in capital strategy, production finance, and building scalable infrastructure across film, television, and media businesses.

Anant Tamirisa is a senior business and legal affairs executive with over 15 years of experience across studio and independent film and television. He has held senior roles at AGC Studios, Lionsgate Entertainment, and Pantelion Films, where he advised on the development, financing, and distribution of scripted and unscripted projects. Anant specializes in complex dealmaking, financing structures, and distribution agreements across film and television content.
